Mint configuration

$OCT CA required before mint configuration.
Metadata is hosted by OCT and is not immutable IPFS storage. New accounts are not automatically registered as the official OCT collection. Public mint activation requires the verified collection and Candy Machine addresses in the project configuration. Vaults are not deployed.
